PAS Project: Final Striping

Park Avenue/Drexel Road August 24, 2017

On Friday, August 25, the contractor will place the final thermal striping through the Park Avenue/Drexel Road intersection and along Drexel Road from 1st Avenue to Park Avenue. To lessen impacts on the traveling public, Pima County and its contractor have chosen to utilize Sunnyside School District’s August 25 in-service day (no classes for children) to complete this phase of work. Motorists should watch for the following:

• Traffic will be shifted around equipment as it moves through the area.
• Hours of operation will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, August 25, 2017.
